Customer satisfaction is important to La Herradura Feed Store. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled for eligible purchases.
Return window
Customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving an order if there is a problem. Return eligibility may depend on product type, condition, packaging, timing and proof of purchase.
Eligible returns
- Items must generally be unused, unopened, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
- A receipt, order number or proof of purchase may be required.
- Products damaged in transit should be reported with photos of the package and item.
Non-returnable items
Certain products may not be returnable for safety, regulatory, sanitary, perishable or manufacturer reasons. Opened feed, supplements, medications, veterinary products, special orders and clearance items may be final sale unless required otherwise by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.
Shipping costs
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified shipping damage issue. Customers may be responsible for return shipping when applicable.

Contact us with your order number, name, phone number, email and a short explanation of the issue. Photos may be requested for damaged, incorrect or defective items.
