Sulpar QR (Water Soluble Powder)

Formulation:

• Sulfadiazine Sodium142,857mg
• Sulfaclozine Sodium57,143mg
• Paracetamol5,000mg

Indications: For treatment of coccidiosis in poultry due to infection with Eimeria species, fowl typhoid due to infection with Salmonella gallinarum and fowl cholera due to infection with Pasteurella mutocida.

Dosage and Administration

Mix 5 grams of SULPAR QR into 1 gallon (4L) of water and administer for 3 consecutive days. On the 4th day, just give plain water. Repeat administration of SULPAR QR on the 5th day to 6th day.

 

Withdrawal periods

• Chicken: 14 days
• Turkeys: 21 days (turkey meat and offal excluding skin: 14 days)
• Eggs: 11 days

Precaution:For use in drinking water of poultry. Prepare fresh water daily. Avoid under dosing. Sick birds may drink less water than normal. Avoid overdosing. At high ambient temperatures birds drink more water than usual.

Storage: Store at room temperature not more than 30°C.

For best result; Give the SULPAR QR Tablet in morning and PREMOXIL Tablet in the afternoon.

Indicaciones: Para el tratamiento de la coccidiosis en aves de corral debida a infección por especies de Eimeria, tifoidea aviar debida a infección por Salmonella gallinarum y cólera aviar debido a infección por Pasteurella mutocida.

Dosis y administración

Mezcle 5 gramos de SULPAR QR en 1 galón (4L) de agua y adminístrelo durante 3 días consecutivos. El cuarto día, simplemente dé agua corriente. Repita la administración de SULPAR QR del quinto al sexto día.

 

Períodos de retiro

Pollo: 14 días
Pavos: 21 días (carne y despojos de pavo sin piel: 14 días)
Huevos: 11 días
Precaución: Para uso en agua potable de aves. Prepare agua fresca diariamente. Evite la dosificación insuficiente. Las aves enfermas pueden beber menos agua de lo normal. Evite la sobredosis. A temperaturas ambiente elevadas, las aves beben más agua de lo habitual.

Almacenamiento: Almacenar a temperatura ambiente a no más de 30°C.

Para obtener el mejor resultado; Administre la tableta SULPAR QR por la mañana y la tableta PREMOXIL por la tarde.
